Curavista.health is a digital medical tool for online monitoring of patients by healthcare providers.
Curavista.health provides medical monitoring for 80 care pathways(Modules). The patient adds data from devices, fills in questions (PROMS), keeps track of medication use and an action plan. The patient sees her or his progression and receives personalised exercises and advices.

Due to the ease of use, patients add their data for many years; the first enrolled patients in 2006 (!) are still participating.
This creates valuable medical dashboards, developed in co-creating with patients and healthcare providers.
And scientifically proven self-help modules allow people to manage diseases.
Two modules stand out: UrinControl4all with over 26,000 users. VertigoTraining more than 6,000 users , a large proportion of them no longer need to visit their healthcare provider.
