Step 1.

Choose a module you want to use.

Click on that module to go to that module page.

Step 3. for self-help modules

If it is a self-help module, you can register yourself by clicking register.

Step 3. for monitoring modules

If it is a monitoring module, your healthcare provider must agree first. You then click on "mail us" and send us an e-mail telling us which module you want to sign up for. We will then contact your healthcare provider.

You can register for multiple modules with one account.
